1. Overview
Refunds are applicable only in specific cases such as damaged product, wrong item delivered, or order not delivered (confirmed by courier tracking).
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- Damaged product received (seal damaged, leakage, or crushed container impacting safety).
- Wrong product delivered.
- Missing item in the package (verified by packaging/dispatch records, if applicable).
- Order not delivered (tracking shows undelivered beyond reasonable time).
- Prepaid order cancelled before dispatch (see cancellation section).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Product opened, used, partially consumed, or seal tampered.
- Return/refund request raised after the allowed timeline.
- Incorrect address/phone provided by customer causing delivery failure.
- Minor outer-box dents that do not affect product safety/quality.
- “Change of mind” after dispatch.
4. Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged product or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Clear photos of the product & packaging
After verification, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- If the order is already dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Refund Process & Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Typical timeline:
- Refund initiation: 1–3 business days
