Shipping Policy

This policy explains order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, delivery attempts, and how to reach support for shipping-related queries.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner operations, and external factors. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (business days).
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take longer.
Note: Processing time is different from delivery time.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch (may vary by location):

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities/towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and are subject to courier network operations.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS (if provided at checkout).
  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Tip: If tracking shows “Shipment information received” for some time, it usually means the courier pickup/scan is pending.

4. Address & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unavailability, the shipment may be returned.

5. Delivery Issues (Lost / Delayed / Damaged)

  • Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, contact support with your Order ID.
  • Lost in transit: If courier confirms a shipment is lost, we will assist with a replacement/refund as applicable.
  • Damaged package: If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
Important: Do not accept a tampered package if the seal looks broken. Inform the delivery partner and contact support immediately.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offers or thresholds will also be clearly shown on the cart/checkout page.
